Venturing out and New Year's Festivities

It was really cold this morning but we decided to venture out this afternoon and luckily it had warmed up a bit. We checked out some shops around our hotel and just looked around. The traffic is crazy and you share the sidewalk with the scooters and bikes.

 We went to a park that had decorations set up for the Chinese New Year. They celebrate until the 17th. There were pigeons and a guy would blow a whistle and they would all fly to a certain area and people and kids would buy some food to feed them.Zoie started chasing them. She didn't quite know what to think of them at first.
