We arrived at the Registration Office at 9:50. The other couples baby was already there. He had to come from over 3 hours away. They told us the babies usually arrive first. We waited for a long time and finally Zoie "Bin Bin" arrived with an orphanage officer. She was a little shy at first but didn't cry.
We got her playing with some toys. She started laughing and clapping and is quite the little character
She warmed up to us really well. Even starting hitting Baba with the bowling pins and laughing, hitting the floor like she had drum sticks and knocking down bowling pins. Here we are almost finished with paperwork.
After a much needed bath, lunch and some playing she finally took a nap. She was out for over 2 hours.
What we know about her so far: she is quite the character, she is into everything drawers, fridge, toilet, she likes to eat, she loves mirrors and looking at she's already figuring out the computer and she is partially potty trained.
I've learned to say no and pee pee in Mandarin so far.Tomorrow is registration day and the adoption will be final.

If her skin is really dry no worries lotion up! It is just from the Henan weather. Gracie's skin is so soft now but was so hard this time last month!
