Buddhist Temple

Just a note.. this is Jessica (still) and due to the holiday today, I am posting these a little late!!

Yesterday we went and toured a Buddhist Temple. The have a pagoda that is very old and famous for is leaning. You aren't allowed to go inside anymore because it leans so much. There a lot of Buddha's at the Buddhist Temple. It was really busy many people were there worshipping. They burn incense and leave it with gifts of fruit and water and even peanuts. The incense they burn in 3's because of the 3 Buddha's. One is for Past, One for Present and one for Future. They look the same but there arms are different.

There is a Buddha for health and a Buddha for Intelligence. The last one is the only female Buddha it is for woman for their health and to want for babies. Our guide Jason said they will put peanuts out for the Buddha's to have a child and wish for a baby boy. He said his mom does it for him and his wife.
