We are on our way. It's so exciting but bittersweet at the same time. I'm sitting in the airport with a 4 hour layover. My kids are doing fine now, they had a really hard time this morning and so did mom and dad. It was very hard to leave them. Our little 2 year old must have known something was up she cried all morning. I felt so bad. I know the kids are in very good hands with grandma. Its just difficult. Yet we begin a new journey full of anticipation, nerves galore, excitement and extremely tired already. I hardly slept at all and I'm worried I forgot something. Mostly paperwork, I hope I got all the paperwork.....
We have a few days in Beijing to do some touring then we fly down to Henan Province to Zhengzhou where on Monday, Valentines Day we will meet our sweet Zoie. I can't wait!! It's going to be so exciting and special and I have no idea what to expect or what she is expecting if anything. I guess we will all know soon.
I need to go get something to eat and walk around a bit before our long flight.

It is so fresh in my mind!!! I am so excited to be here and there for you!!! Only thing better would have been that we traveled together, but His plan was for me to pave the way for you!!!

YOU ARE NEARLY THERE!! I hope you are able to rest and recharge... I can't imagine how anxious you must be to be so close now. Can't wait to be where you are (: God's peace for you and Zoie!!
